Becca Marcela is a New York City–based photographer and videographer specializing in the documentation of dance, performance, portraiture, and live events. She is the founder of BECCAVISION CREATIVE STUDIO, where she works closely with choreographers, performers, and arts organizations to capture the dynamic energy and storytelling of movement.

Becca has served as Assistant Festival Photographer at Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival and has collaborated with organizations including New York University, MOVE|NYC|, DanceWorks NYC, and A Better Chance. Her work has included photographing renowned choreographer Jennifer Archibald for a Dance Magazine cover and documenting Guggenheim Fellow Ryan K. Johnson.

Holding an M.A. in Dance Education from New York University and a B.S. in Dance and Integrated Arts Education from SUNY Brockport, Becca brings a deep understanding of movement to her visual practice, creating images that honor the artistry and spirit of performance.
